IRDA Norms for settlement of medical claims above Rs. one lac

As per Raksha TPA , the medi-claims above Rs one lac need the following documents for settlement. this is for the information of all the Retirees from RBI.

1 Photo identity proof (Passport/ Pan card/ Voter Identity Card/ Driving License/
Letter from Recognized Public Authority/ Letter issued by unique Identification
Authority of India containing details of Name , Address and Aadhar number)

2.Proof of Residence 
(Current passbook with details of residence address/ Letter
from Recognized Public Authority/ Electricity Bill/ Ration Card/ Telephone Bill/ Valid
Lease Agreement along with Rent Receipt/ Employer Certificate as a proof of
Residence).
This is the requirement as per IRDA norms claims Raksha TPA.
