Where a pensioner who has attained the age of 70 and is not a member of MAF Scheme but derives the benefit of MAF from his/her spouse’s membership with MAF Scheme, he/she will be eligible for the Scheme. And ,the spouse (he or she) will be eligible for this benefit before attaining the age of 70 years.
