I have two clarifications from your forum; First I retired under the OERS scheme in 2002 for which I understand tax was deducted on certain benefits received. Was the tax deduction wrongful and whether I can claim. If so from whom? Secondly in which month does RBI credit annual checkup amount to retirees account?

DR for Central Govt. employees has been raised to 100% and pension upgradation is on cards. We may also get DR relief but not pension upgradation. Association should follow up relentlessly with RBI Governor for this delayed benefit.
