General Secretary, Shri Aherrao has written a letter to Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on 19th September 16 for updating the pension in RBI. Another letter to the Governor Urjit Patel reiterating the resolution of our just demands is here.
This reflects a sad state of affairs in RBI and offices about the maintenance of data of Pensioners and their spouses. A short cut in the form of ‘Validation form for activation’ has been introduced to update the data in the bank, proper maintenance of which , in fact, is the sole responsibility of the employer elsewhere.
However, members may note to lodge claims for the spouse on the basis of their own cards and the TPA is bound to settle the same
